When you order on our site, you will receive a confirmation of your order and the amount of all charges, including shipping charges. Here is some general information that may be helpful to you:
- We use PayPal as our billing and payment service provider. Your credit card is charged at the time you order.
- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for health and sanitary reasons. Our products are available in sample sizes and we highly recommend them if you are unsure of a product or color. Thank you for understanding.
- Shipment of items in stock will occur within 2 business days.
- If one or more items in your order are not in stock, we will contact you to ask if you want us to hold your items, or to ship in separate orders. If we ship in separate orders, you will be billed for the 2nd shipping.
